About Us:-

             The present Gujarat state is the origin of the Krishna Vaka community who holds God’s name in their community within the extensive Barath (INDIA). Nearly two thousand years earlier a group of people called “Virushini Kshatriya” who was living in Lord Sri Krishna’s Fort Avenue Dwaragapuri, they set about migrating to south and reached Anantha Chayanam (Trivandrum) the capital of Vennad. During their travel they took an idol (Thiru Aaampaadi Krishanan) from Dwaraha. This same idol was devotionally mounted by Travancore King Udaya Marthanda Varma at the North-West division of the Shri Padmanaba Swami Temple premises and builds a separate shrine. Where the Krishnan is in the form of Parthasarathi incarnation and blesses the devotees, the speciality here is still the Nithya pooja of this temple performed by Krishnan Vaga Samudayam people. Since these people are from the Kshatriya Vamsha so they were started coaching sword fighting for the kingdoms military.

Over the period of time due to the cultural transformation these people again travelled to South Travancore (Kanyakumari) and settled. It’s known that wherever they go they started constructing Shri Krishnan and Uujaini Mahakaali temples and worshiping them. Also the ancestors of this community had established multiple villages and hamlets, with their excellent knowledge of agriculture’s and cattle maintenance for their societal existence. Let pray almighty Lord Krishnan may bless, these people who naturally acquires good spirituality, patriotism, courage, wisdom thoughts, and hardworking Krishna Vaka community to get multiple resources and to attain heights of life in the upcoming days.

Our vision is to make your Krishna Vaka community development in all aspects through a proper way and serves the betterment of society too.

We intend to provide community hall with the best infrastructure for managing their functions, and to reconstruct our old “Periya kuzhatangkara sree Krishnan temple” in new place.
